What you'll do

• Support WMS and OMS implementation, optimization, and integration
• gather business requirements and develop functional specifications, process maps, and SOPs
• support system testing and implementation lifecycle activities
• track project milestones and deliverables
• troubleshoot issues and conduct root-cause analysis
• develop training materials and support end-user training
• collaborate with operations, IT, and third-party vendors
• travel to distribution centers and company locations as required.
