The Private Duty Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) role is onsite, providing in-home support in the Wixom, Michigan area. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and case needs. Centria Healthcare provides private duty nursing and rehabilitative home support to clients of all ages. The aide provides one-on-one assistance in a private home, following each client’s plan of care to support safety, comfort, and independence. Care includes personal assistance, monitoring and reporting changes, and maintaining a safe care environment.

What you'll do

• Assist with mobility and transfers
• provide hygiene, toileting, and dressing support
• monitor and assist with oxygen therapy as needed
• prepare light snacks or drinks upon request
• provide companionship and reassurance
• assist with positioning and turning
• document and report changes in client condition
• respond to emergencies according to procedures
• follow the patient’s plan of care
• monitor physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• follow professional standards and applicable requirements.
