What you'll do

• Support digital banking, ACH, share drafts, payroll, bill pay, wires, deposits, and business payment services
• process ACH exceptions, returns, transfers, and stop-payment requests
• manage wire transfers and check clearings
• research unusual transactions
• review activity for potential fraud
• reconcile related general ledger and checking accounts
• train employees and members
• support product testing and troubleshooting
• follow applicable compliance requirements.
