The Maintenance Technician is an onsite role located in Panama City, FL. What you'll do

  • Maintain ongoing preventative maintenance program
  • repair and maintain kitchen, housekeeping, and mechanical equipment
  • inspect and repair damages to building surfaces
  • paint and refinish surfaces
  • order maintenance supplies
  • maintain fire alarm and sprinkler systems
  • monitor facility vehicles.
