Patient Navigator, Fertility Clinic is an onsite, full-time role in Raleigh, NC, with compensation of $27–$35 per hour. The position supports patients receiving fertility treatment at a Triangle MSO clinic, a joint venture of UNC Fertility and IVI North America. The navigator serves as an administrative and communication link between patients and the medical team. By coordinating appointments, procedures, records, education, and follow-up communication, the role helps patients prepare for care and supports a coordinated, patient-centered experience.

What you'll do

• Serve as an initial clinic contact after a new patient visit is scheduled
• support portal enrollment and completion of intake paperwork
• document patient communication and learning preferences
• obtain prior medical records and prepare charts
• schedule diagnostic testing, consultations, appointments, and procedures
• explain basic testing processes and timelines
• coordinate communication of results and next steps
• provide emotional support and share supportive resources
• maintain accurate records in Artemis
• coordinate with providers, clinical staff, front desk, patient experience, and financial counselors
• support procedure education, preparation, and consents
• and follow HIPAA and clinic documentation protocols.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. An associate’s degree and/or CMA certification is required; LPNs are preferred. Benefits apply to employees working at least 30 hours per week.
