What you'll do

• Grow automotive, EV, and industrial customer accounts
• support account planning, forecasting, and portfolio growth
• explain magnetic material capabilities and application solutions
• support customer meetings, negotiations, and technical discussions
• identify opportunities in permanent magnet motors
• partner with engineering and R&D on product development
• coordinate with global teams on product strategy, pricing, and delivery
• monitor market and competitor trends
• manage CRM and pipeline
• help resolve customer quality, performance, and delivery issues
• represent the company at industry events and customer sites.
