Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor. A maintenance supervisor is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. Ensuring that the heating, electrical and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality. Overseeing a team and working closely with the Property Manager and vendors for 7 scattered sites to assure the quality of the building.
