What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable-housing regulations
• collect and deposit rent and notify residents of delinquencies
• respond to resident inquiries, work orders, and requests
• maintain applicant waiting lists
• manage budgets and leasing
• complete initial and annual affordable-housing certifications
• prepare for inspections
• supervise property staff and vendors
• organize community activities
• conduct unit inspections and property walks
• be available for after-hours emergencies
• travel to required training or conferences.
