What you'll do

• Lead assigned corporate locations
• coach Store Managers
• review KPIs and support revenue growth, utilization, rebooking, productivity, and client retention
• support hiring, onboarding, staffing, scheduling, and leadership development
• conduct store visits, observations, and audits
• monitor budgets, payroll processes, and business controls
• serve as a corporate contact and advisor to franchise owners
• support openings, visits, brand assessments, and franchise performance reviews
• share best practices and communicate trends to corporate leadership
• travel regularly for store visits, openings, training, meetings, and events.
