People Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Own ADP Workforce Now and partner with HR leadership and IT on HR technology roadmaps and integrations
• establish data architecture and governance
• oversee onboarding and offboarding
• manage and mentor the People Operations Analyst
• develop ADP reports, metrics, and dashboards
• oversee labor-law compliance, reporting, training, and system audits
• partner on compensation planning and open enrollment
• manage HR vendor relationships and process documentation
• support the immigration program with the analyst and outside counsel.
