The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Flexible Hybrid role is hybrid in Silver Spring, MD, with a combination of telehealth and in-person services and up to 75% remote services. Compensation is $90–$105 per hour. Blossom ABA Therapy’s collaborative clinical team provides clinical care intended to help clients thrive. The BCBA assesses client needs, develops and updates treatment plans, and uses clinical data to guide evidence-based decisions. Supervision of behavior technicians and collaboration with caregivers, families, schools, and other professionals support consistent care and client progress across settings.

What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and reassessments
• develop treatment plans and update programs based on client progress and clinical needs
• provide telehealth and in-person services
• review clinical data
• supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and feedback
• collaborate with caregivers, families, schools, and other professionals
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• communicate service-related barriers.
