The liaison supports care quality and business growth by leading day-to-day operations, supporting care and office teams, developing referral partnerships, and managing outreach and marketing. The role includes a rotating weekend on-call schedule approximately every five weeks and may involve taking client shifts when staffing requires.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations and support care and office teams
• develop strategies for high-quality care and effective resource use
• establish and maintain referral partnerships
• develop lead sources through meetings, networking, and digital strategies
• manage digital marketing functions
• track weekly activity and KPIs
• establish new-client communication processes
• coach and train staff with the owner
• follow applicable laws and regulations
• take client shifts as needed
• participate in weekend call on a rotating basis, approximately every five weeks.
