What you'll do

• Prepare unit and lesson plans aligned with the Hillsdale College K–12 Program Guide
• teach and mentor students using classical pedagogy
• assign, collect, grade, and return work
• proctor or supervise tests
• monitor progress and provide additional support or extensions
• collaborate on special education plans
• communicate regularly with parents
• assist with school operations and supervision
• participate in professional development
• maintain confidentiality of student records.
