Compensation is $18 per hour. The Billboard Installation General Laborer role is onsite in Noonday, TX, supporting Lamar’s Tyler-area operations crew. Lamar provides outdoor advertising displays that help local businesses and national brands reach audiences. This position helps install advertisements and maintain billboard structures and their appearance. Working as part of an installation crew, the laborer supports safe, reliable billboard operations through hands-on construction, upkeep, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Install and maintain billboards and advertisements
• remove, prepare, and hang flexes and vinyl
• cut and install copy on Tri-Visions
• repair and paint structures
• change bulbs and perform minor electrical repairs
• build extensions and assemble structures
• clear brush and complete storm-damage repairs
• use tools and construction equipment safely
• maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
• attend safety meetings
• document completed installations with photos and written logs
• clean the workshop.

Why this role

Training and equipment are provided, with a six-week training program. Work is primarily outdoors and may involve climbing to heights up to 200 feet, heavy lifting, and on-call shifts. Nights away from home for travel are less than 10%.
