OSHPD/HCAI Construction Superintendent — Field-Based

What you'll do

• Coordinate construction activity across subcontractors and trades
• communicate schedules and publish weekly three-week look-aheads
• manage schedules against client completion dates
• ensure compliance with contract drawings and OSHPD/HCAI requirements
• build relationships with inspectors and verify work before inspections
• manage site safety meetings and checklists
• maintain job-site documentation
• supervise project completion and closeout.
