What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms
• change linens and towels and replace amenities
• dust, polish furniture, and vacuum
• restock minibars, coffee stations, and in-room amenities
• report maintenance issues, damage, or missing items
• fulfill guest requests promptly
• maintain guest privacy
• follow cleaning schedules, health and safety protocols, security procedures, and hotel policies
• handle lost-and-found items according to policy.
