What you'll do

• Manage project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• prepare scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk plans
• conduct proposal and bid evaluations
• maintain project documentation and data integrity
• direct delivery teams
• track progress and report status and variances
• identify risks and develop mitigation plans.

Why this role
