What you'll do

• Provide dispensing and clinical services, including immunizations, medication therapy management, and patient counseling
• promote safe medication use and adherence
• collaborate with providers to optimize therapy
• document encounters
• mentor pharmacy technicians and student pharmacists
• conduct patient education visits
• manage chronic conditions under collaborative practice agreements
• respond to drug information requests and complete medication reviews
• assist with developing and evaluating clinical pharmacy services.
