The Second Shift Parts Counter Person role is onsite in Inver Grove Heights, MN, with compensation of $28.50–$32.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. I-State Truck Center supports truck, power systems, and industrial customers with parts and service. The parts counter person helps customers, technicians, and fleet accounts identify and purchase truck and trailer parts. The role supports accurate parts sales, inventory control, and timely service-department repairs through customer assistance and coordination.

What you'll do

• Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers with parts identification, pricing, availability, and ordering
• process sales transactions
• receive, stock, organize, pull, and stage parts
• maintain inventory records and assist with counts and audits
• research parts applications
• coordinate special orders and updates
• process returns, warranty parts, and core returns
• maintain the counter and showroom
• coordinate with the Service Department
• assist with merchandising and follow safety procedures.
