What you'll do

• Research public records related to land surveys
• perform or assist with boundary, topographic, and construction field surveys
• prepare easement descriptions, plats, and legal descriptions
• generate survey plats and support subdivision platting
• maintain field notes and project documentation
• ensure accuracy and compliance
• coordinate survey crews and office staff
• manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• contribute to proposals and mentor junior team members.
