Maintenance Assistant — The Sullivan

The Maintenance Assistant role is full-time and onsite in Littleton, CO, paying $30 per hour. The Sullivan is a property managed by Embrey Management Services, which develops, owns, and manages multifamily communities and commercial assets. The assistant helps maintain buildings, amenities, grounds, and equipment while supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and responding to resident and staff needs. Preventive maintenance and timely repairs help keep the property safe, functional, and attractive.

What you'll do

• Follow safety requirements
• assist with preventive maintenance and housekeeping
• inspect and maintain property, buildings, and equipment
• help complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance
• inspect grounds, buildings, and units
• address emergency conditions and notify supervisors
• inspect and maintain HVAC systems
• report hazards
• manage supplies and tools
• assist with property emergencies
• clean exterior office and pool areas daily before 9:00 a.m.

Why this role

Requires one year of maintenance experience, minimum tools, EPA or HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license; CPO and high school diploma are preferred. Must be available on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
