Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams
• coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment
• maintain records and referral logs
• manage patient intake and verify insurance coverage
• prepare and process forms, invoices, and delivery paperwork
• support office operations and walk-in equipment requests
• collaborate with outside agencies to resolve patient issues.
