What you'll do

• Welcome guests professionally
• recommend local dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions
• assist with reservations, transportation, and event tickets
• help with guest mail, messages, and business center needs
• keep the lobby and concierge area clean and organized
• resolve guest concerns courteously
• coordinate with hotel departments.
