What you'll do

• Manage field activities for NDT/NDI, access, and related industrial services
• oversee field supervisors and crews
• manage scope, schedule, resources, budget, and deliverables
• maintain customer communication and reporting
• ensure HSE, radiation safety where applicable, quality, and regulatory compliance
• manage risks and field issues
• support proposals and estimates
• coordinate with laboratory, technical, and sales teams.
