What you'll do

• Provide nursing and related services consistent with resident assessments and care plans
• support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial needs
• maintain a welcoming household environment
• promote resident rights, independence, and control
• support resident-centered care and participate in care planning
• contribute to team problem-solving and staff orientation
• maintain a safe environment through sanitation, infection control, hazardous-waste management, fire safety, disaster preparedness, and emergency care
• use household resources efficiently
• demonstrate dementia-sensitive, individualized care.
