What you'll do

• Drive membership sales through outreach, lead follow-up, and consultative selling
• manage prospective-member communications by phone, text, email, and direct messages
• convert trial clients and class-pack users to memberships
• conduct studio tours and meet-and-greets
• track sales KPIs
• collaborate on promotions, referrals, and local marketing
• represent the studio at community events
• maintain CRM records
