What you'll do

• Lead, coach, mentor, recruit, and develop the sales team
• drive store sales targets and profitability
• manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance
• support customer transactions and experiences
• partner with trainers to onboard new hires
• and communicate with the Alliance Mobile community. The role involves 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and lifting up to 25 pounds when needed.
