The Site Shift Leader – Morning role is onsite in Fredericksburg, VA, with a Monday–Saturday schedule from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. The stated base pay is $50,000–$55,000 per year. Sitemetric provides technology-enabled services supporting workforce, safety, security, reporting, communications, and logistics in construction environments. The Shift Leader supervises Access Control Officers during an assigned shift, maintains site compliance and operational performance, and supports workforce logistics. By coordinating with site leadership and customer representatives, the role helps deliver reliable service and resolve shift-level issues at construction projects or campus environments.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise assigned Access Control Officers
• ensure officers are deployed, trained, and supported
• monitor compliance with company policies, customer expectations, and site protocols
• act as onsite leader when the Site Logistics Leader is unavailable
• handle shift-level escalations and relay updates
• verify attendance and time records
• coach officers
• serve as customer point of contact
• maintain attendance logs, incident reports, and access data
• check equipment and technology
• support scheduling and shift coverage.
