What you'll do

• Answer calls and monitor email and Slack
• welcome guests and respond to questions or concerns
• support check-in and check-out
• manage bookings across online travel platforms
• assist with guest payments and accounting records
• coordinate mail and packages
• prepare work logs
• support employee intake and vendor invoice processing
• give property tours.
