What you'll do

• Analyze global HR system processes, data, and technology projects
• provide day-to-day operational support and maintain system health
• troubleshoot scheduling configuration and integrations
• identify process impacts and constraints
• gather functional requirements and translate them into recommendations and technical specifications
• prioritize improvements with business partners
• deliver initiatives through discovery, planning, implementation, testing, and stabilization
• create test scripts and technical documentation
• communicate system changes to users
• advocate for HR solutions and inform stakeholders about trends and technologies.
