What you'll do

• Lead site superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and craft workers
• coordinate manpower, equipment, deliveries, inspections, and daily work plans
• enforce safety plans and conduct audits
• manage site setup and material flow
• translate master schedules into weekly work plans
• review drawings and specifications
• submit requests for information and resolve field issues with project managers
• track materials and deliveries
• verify installation quality
• document progress using Procore
• support change management and project closeout.
