What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• help residents transfer and move
• monitor and document vital signs, intake, and output as directed
• assist with meals and hydration
• provide companionship and emotional support
• collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals on individualized care plans
• participate in training and continuing education.
