The role exists to assist residents with daily routines and personal care while supporting the care provided by the nursing team. By responding to resident needs, reporting observations, and helping maintain a safe and orderly environment, the caregiver contributes to residents’ daily well-being.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with daily routines, personal care, and housekeeping
• report observations and other pertinent care information
• review care plans for changes to daily routines
• contribute input to standards of care and staff education needs
• maintain resident confidentiality
• monitor room safety and cleanliness
• support activities and meal service
• promptly answer resident call lights
• perform other duties assigned by a supervisor or Executive Director.
