What you'll do

• Lead and develop Restaurant General Managers
• visit restaurants and assess operations and guest experience
• implement corrective action plans and company programs
• monitor sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and other performance measures
• support staffing, training, budgeting, and forecasting
• ensure food safety, security, and brand compliance
• communicate district performance and priorities.
