Warehouse Mail Sorter — Multiple Shifts

Job overview

The Warehouse Mail Sorter role is onsite in Aurora, IL. Pay is $17.50–$20.50 per hour, with weekly pay every Friday. First, second, and third shifts are available: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. The role supports a mail processing and distribution center that helps move mail and packages across the country. The sorter processes mail and small packages for distribution by sorting items by ZIP code and destination, checking labels and barcodes, preparing shipments, and monitoring automated equipment. The work also supports production quality, safe work areas, and general warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Sort mail, letters, and small packages by ZIP code and destination
• scan for labels, barcodes, and postage accuracy
• identify damaged or unreadable mail for reprocessing
• load and unload trays, bins, and containers
• prepare shipments
• monitor automated sorting equipment
• move materials
• maintain production and quality standards
• keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• assist with general warehouse duties.
