What you'll do

• Liaise between the Wound Specialist Physician and nursing staff
• participate in Wound Care Program development and objectives
• provide educational programming and staff development
• help implement and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice
• collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team
• assess, treat, and follow up on resident wounds
• assist with individualized treatment plans.
