What you'll do

• Serve as a primary client contact
• respond to inquiries
• assist with paperwork, account updates, forms, and service needs
• schedule meetings and manage calendars
• prepare and process onboarding documents and service requests
• maintain records in CRM and compliance systems
• support reporting and workflow management
• collaborate with advisors and operations staff
• and assist with office logistics and client events as needed.
