What you'll do

• Manage physician-network business development through system integration and troubleshooting
• consult with physician offices on EHR workflows, training, and data mapping
• review clinical documentation for risk-adjustment codes and quality gaps
• support coding, billing, claims, and collections as needed
• analyze payment and denial trends
• assist with client reporting and analytics
• audit medical charts and claims
• educate providers and staff on coding and risk adjustment
• ensure coding and documentation comply with applicable requirements.
