What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased a getaway or received two free nights but have not booked dates or a location. Use sales and customer-service techniques to support bookings, arrivals, revenue, and resort tour volume. Training schedules include weekday and Saturday hours
• after training, the schedule includes weekdays and two Saturdays per month or as business needs require.
