What you'll do

• Serve as the primary IMDS technical authority
• advise leadership on issue trends and training gaps
• develop and deliver IMDS training
• create job aids, processes, and troubleshooting workflows
• manage knowledge-base content
• troubleshoot and resolve IMDS issues
• gather and validate customer information for escalations
• maintain knowledge of system functionality and operational changes.
