What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant team members
• coach staff and resolve conflicts
• oversee opening and closing, cash management, inventory control, and brand standards
• ensure compliance with health, safety, food-handling, and sanitation requirements
• review guest feedback and implement improvement plans
• manage food and labor costs, inventory, and waste
• communicate priorities and results
• execute product rollouts
• complete vendor orders
• conduct food-safety and brand-standard self-assessments
• work with field operations as appropriate.
