What you'll do

• Manage litigation matters under senior attorney supervision
• research transportation laws and regulations
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other documents
• attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
• negotiate settlements
• collaborate across departments and offices
• and prepare case analysis reports for client stakeholders.
