The CNC Operator, 2nd Shift role is onsite in Elgin, IL. The operator sets up and runs CNC equipment to fabricate precision parts, monitors machine operation, and inspects finished work for quality and accuracy. The position contributes to reliable production by following blueprints and job specifications and making machine adjustments as needed.

What you'll do

• Set up CNC machines according to job specifications and blueprints
• load and secure raw materials
• fabricate precision parts using CNC lathes and milling machines
• adjust speed, feed, and depth of cut
• monitor machine operation
• inspect finished parts and adjust as needed.
