Customs Clearance Manager, Monday–Friday Overnight

• Advise internal and external customers
• ensure staff operations meet timeframes, governance standards, and Customs and other government agency rules
• identify and implement process improvements
• administer policies and procedures consistently
• assign work, set deadlines, review work, and manage performance
• meet key performance indicators and targets
• manage service, production, or support employees through supervisors or professional contributors
• conduct performance planning, coaching, and evaluation.
