Senior Project Manager

What you'll do

• Own project delivery and finances
• coordinate with the superintendent and project team
• maintain contract documents, schedules, and budgets
• review subcontracts and submittal schedules
• conduct owner and subcontractor meetings
• resolve project issues
• manage RFIs, RFPs, change orders, payment applications, administrative logs, and closeout
• support site quality control and safety
• manage multiple complex projects
• mentor team members
• support client maintenance and business development
• participate in the safety and health management system.
