The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite and full-time in Modesto, CA, paying $17.90–$18.90 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs partners with retail locations and destinations to create holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports seasonal photo operations, team leadership, sales, and guest service. The role helps ensure families have a memorable Santa visit and photo experience while keeping daily operations organized.

What you'll do

• Support opening-day preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns and service issues
• lead by example and reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.

Why this role
