What you'll do

• Prepare and send customer invoices and monthly statements
• maintain and reconcile cash receipts journals
• update customer files and payment histories
• research and resolve billing issues
• collect overdue accounts
• provide invoice and receipt information to departments
• provide information for annual audits.
