The Clinical Pharmacist, Ambulatory Infusion Suite & Home Infusions role is onsite in Palo Alto, CA, with 8-hour day shifts. Compensation is $120.40 per hour. The position supports Stanford Health Care’s pharmacy services and patient care. The role contributes clinical pharmacy expertise to treatment and diagnostic teams and may support research or investigational drug services as assigned.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical pharmacy services
• evaluate dosages, concentrations, incompatibilities, and potential drug reactions
• interpret prescriptions and dispense prescribed products
• maintain patient records and reports
• ensure proper storage and preservation of therapeutic agents
• support pharmacy services for research and clinical trials as applicable
• participate in sponsor visits and regulatory audits as needed
• liaise with study teams, sponsors, and nursing on drug therapy
• provide guidance to investigational drug service technicians.

Why this role
