What you'll do

• Provide scheduling, erection sequencing, logistics, and equipment selection for steel erection scopes
• create project start-up guides and quality-assurance programs
• help develop one- to two-month look-ahead schedules
• schedule labor, materials, and equipment
• support construction-material purchasing
• review owner and subcontractor contracts
• maintain relationships with owners, engineers, craft workers, and contractors
• participate in planning meetings
• direct field and subcontractor work sequencing
• assist project managers with change-order estimates
• plan site logistics within budget and schedule constraints
• anticipate and mitigate schedule conflicts.
