What you'll do

• Help clean and organize backroom inventory
• maintain footwear, insoles, and socks displays
• keep the department clean
• ensure footwear customers are measured, scanned, fitted, and gait analyzed according to procedures
• assist customers, including those with prescription pads, and refer to the manager when needed
• help customers with other department purchases or direct them to other employees
• recommend related accessories
• follow company policies and opening and closing checklists
• ensure customers are assisted.
